My Journey​​
My path to becoming a psychotherapist has been rich and varied, equipping me with a unique perspective that enhances my ability to support and understand my clients. Before embarking on my psychotherapy career, I earned a BEd (Hons) in Teaching, which instilled in me a passion for guiding others and fostering personal growth. My journey then led me into the corporate world, where I gained valuable experience in the fast-paced IT industry, which has given me an insight into the stresses and challenges many face in their professional lives, from work-life balance to career transitions and workplace anxiety. As an entrepreneur, I've experienced the exhilaration and uncertainty that come with forging your own path. This experience has proven invaluable in helping clients who are navigating life changes, dealing with stress management, or seeking to build self-confidence.

I bring real-world understanding to our sessions, whether we're addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, or personal development.
